ABOUT DR. JERKINS
Dr Forrest Jerkins is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta Georgia. He has been practicing General Dentistry in Fruitland Park since 1986. His wife Tammy was born and raised in Leesburg and was a teacher at Leesburg High School. Sadly, she passed away a few years ago after a battle with breast cancer.
Most emergency situations for existing patients are seen on the same day. Please call us as soon as possible so we can find a spot for you.
We are not accepting new patients at this time.

We provide our patients with durable and aesthetic options when they need fillings and other restorations.
EXTRACTIONS AND ENDODONTICS
We provide services for simple extractions. If the situation looks complicated or difficult we will refer you to one of several Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in the area. If you need a Root Canal, we will refer you to a local specialist.
